Filling Problems of Paste Filling and Sealing Machine
Filling action of paste filling and sealing machine can be divided into automatic filling and manual filling.
1. When using height machine manually, you need to push contact tongue with mouth of bottle, and then start to absorb material. Pay attention to the filling and do not resist contact tongue. When using automatic filling, bottle must be placed under discharge port. Once set switch to automatic filling, the bottle will start to be replaced in time.
2. When metering is unstable during filling process, check whether feed check valve is blocked by debris. Resulting in a loose seal and affecting the filling volume.
3. Material leakage in the lower part of cylinder indicates piston seal is worn out, and needs to be replaced.
